Registered air mail :Shipping out from Hongkong, more safer and more faster.It usually takes 7-15 days for the parcel to get your side, registered number will be provided ,customer can track the shipment status of parcel at HongKong Post firstly, and then, as soon as the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office:

we are not responsible for those items that are lost or damaged by the forwarder, but if an incident does occur we will do our best to remedy the situation and assist you.
Express Parcel (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS and 4PX): usually take 4 - 7 business days delivery with a tracking numbers, if have any questions, the forwarder will contact us in 12 hours , and then we will send you email to remedy the situation.

Return:
- Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
